Luis Gonçalves spent 10 years inside Nokia, SAP, and Fortune 500 transformations across three continents, followed by 10 years as a consultant, author, and faculty member at Porto Business School. He published five books on scaling organizations and agile transformation, and advised over 50 companies from Europe to Saudi Arabia to Brazil.

In 2023, a failed Saudi venture cost him €250,000 — his entire life savings. At 45, starting over, he discovered what AI could actually do in the hands of someone who knew how to think in systems. Twelve months later, he had built four businesses, codified three methodologies, and shipped a software platform — alone.

Today he runs FIKR Space (the startup platform), MVP Builder Studio (for non-technical founders), Unicorn Builder (for Series A founders), and MACHINE (for service businesses). His work focuses on the intersection of AI, solopreneurship, and the infrastructure that will define the next decade of global entrepreneurship.
