12-Week Accelerator · 20 Seats
From employed to shipping.
12 weeks. 20 seats per cohort. Build your software business while still keeping your job.
By week 12, you have a live product, paying customers, and a real exit plan.
Weeks 1–2
Validate the idea before you write a line of code.
Pick one problem. Talk to 10 potential customers. Write the spec. Get three LOIs. If the idea doesn't survive this phase, we pivot. Nobody builds something nobody wants in this cohort.
Weeks 3–8
Ship. Ship. Ship.
Six weeks of building with AI — weekly demos, paired working sessions, unblocking calls. We use the BUILD methodology to keep scope tight and ship real production code, not prototypes.
By week 6 you're in production. By week 8 you have paying customers.
Weeks 9–12
Distribution, not more features.
The last four weeks are about revenue — landing pages, onboarding, paid channels, sales process. Most cohort members 2-3x their customer count in this phase.
By graduation, you have a decision to make: keep your job, or quit.
Who It's For
Employed founders who are serious about leaving.
You have a day job. You have 8-12 hours a week. You have a real problem you want to solve.
You don't need to know how to code. You need to show up, every week.
<strong>Probably not for you if:</strong>
You want a get-rich-quick playbook.
You haven't already tried and failed at least once.
You're not willing to ship something imperfect in 3 weeks.
I had been "going to build it" for four years. The Exit Accelerator forced me to actually do it.
