Hello. My name is Luis Gonçalves and I am a Management Consultant and the founder of Evolution4All.com. I started my career several years ago as a software developer and then became an Agile Coach. Many visitors to this website know me from my significant contributions to the Agile Community.
One of my biggest contributions to the community is the book I wrote with my friend Ben Linders: Getting Value Out Of Agile Retrospectives. More than 25,000 copies are currently in distribution.
My next book, “Organisational Mastery”, will be released in September, 2018. If you would like to become a beta reader, you can subscribe here.
For the last few years of my career, I have been working with executive leaders, helping them to become more effective, connected, and highly rewarded. In order to do that, I designed and delivered my own approach: “Organisational Mastery”.
For years, ScrumMasters have referred to me as their virtual coach. You will find a lot of information to help Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches in my blog posts, but I am currently dedicating my time to writing content that supports executive leaders to transform their organisations. My focus here is mainly on coaching, organisational change, and organisational transformation.
I am about to ramp up a weekly podcast called, “Organisational Mastery Podcast” that will cover similar topics to those in the blogs. You will be able to watch it on video or listen to it on audio.
My goal is to create insightful, relevant content that you can implement in your professional life as an Executive Leader. If you consider yourself an achiever—someone who wants more out of your career and your organisation—then my podcast and blog are for you.
I typically post once a week, occasionally more. To make sure you don’t miss my newest posts, you can subscribe via e-mail at the end of the page. It’s quick, easy, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
What I am Trying To Achieve
My vision is to build a business that allows companies to completely change the way they operate. I want to create a better world by improving one company at a time.
I am tired of watching people celebrating Fridays and complaining when Monday comes around again. I really believe that we can build companies that people love and are proud to be part of.
