Hi, I’m Luis Gonçalves. I am the co-author of Getting Value Out Of Agile Retrospectives along with my good friend Ben Linders. It has more than 25 000 copies distributed. In the book, we discuss the importance of Agile Retrospective.
For years, I have had ScrumMasters write in and refer to me as their virtual coach. I finally decided to own that role and be intentional about it. My mission is to help ScrumMaster win at work and succeed with their organisations.
To that end, I write on ScrumMaster development, coaching, organisational change, and organisational transformation. On occasion, I write about stuff that doesn’t fit neatly into one of these categories.
Soon I am ramping up a weekly podcast called, “ScrumMaster Growth Podcast”. I will cover similar topics as those on the blog. You will be able to watch it on video or listen to it on audio.
My goal is to create insightful, relevant content that you can put to work in your professional life as ScrumMaster. If you consider yourself an achiever—someone who wants more out of your career—then this blog is for you.
I typically post once a week, occasionally more. To make sure you don’t miss my newest posts, you can subscribe via e-mail at the end of the page. It’s quick, easy, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
What I am Trying To Achieve
I have a vision, I want to build a business that allows companies to complete change the way how they operate. I am starting with two main pieces, ScrumMaster level and Executive Management level.
For ScrumMasters I am building an ecosystem that will allow them to become great professionals and the future of our companies, you can find more in the ScrumMaster Growth.
For Executive Management, I started a company together with my wife where I developed our own framework that will allow Executive Managers to transform their organisation, everything can be found in our website Evolution4all.com.
I have been married to my wife, Veronika for almost 10 years. We have an awesome dog, Benny. We live in Munich, Germany.
